The Courtyard is a lovely 2 bedroom cottage with open plan living room, spacious and airy with vaulted ceiling, beams and oak/stone floor. Well equipped kitchen with all mod cons, a lovely wood burner for winter evenings and French windows onto the private garden.

Your entertainment is well catered for with Free Sat HD, free wifi and a hi-fi with bluetooth. Also books and games for all ages.

Master superking bedroom with ensuite shower room and room for a put up bed (child up to 14)

Family room with zip link beds that can be superking or 2 singles, there is another single bed in this room and thye put up bed can be positioned in here if more convenient. This room has an ensuite wet room which also opens onto the hall.

This was my second stay at Broadgate Farm cottages but my first in Courtyard cottage. Previously I travelled with family and had a great time in the very lovely Barn cottage but this time I travelled alone whilst attending a college course at Bishop Burton...More

About the neighbourhood
We are only two miles from the centre of Beverley in the East Riding of Yorkshire and less than one mile from our nearest village Walkington. Beverley train station is less than two miles away and we are on a bus route. Beverley is a delightful market town, stroll around the quaintly named streets, check out the market or try one of the many stunning restaurants on offer. Walkington is a lovely village with a picturesque duck pond and some rather controversial terrapins. There are three pubs all of which serve food and a local shop. The next village is Bishop Burton, home to Bishop Burton College. We are only 10 miles from Hull – a city with a proud maritime heritage and a host of attractions & activities including the Deep & Wilber
