Please note that access is by single country roads with steep gradients in places and graded track across open fields. Caution should be exercised, particularly in inclement weather.
Fishing permits available at Bodnant Garden Centre.
Due to the remote location, some mobile phone network providers may have limited signal.
Travel cot, high chair and stair gate available on request (please provide your own cot linen).
Two well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Please note, dogs must be kept under control as sheep and cattle graze in adjacent fields.

The welcome pack for this cottage is amazing due to the link with the welsh food centre. It’s quite a climb to the location but has stunning views from every window. The cottage is well equipped and comfortable and suited three generations of family very well - ageing grandparents were at the very end of the ground floor and the new baby was upstairs so very well separated when needed. Good proximity to the coast, local walks and excellent info about nearby eateries and things to do. Bodnant gardens is on the doorstep - obviously - and is beautiful. Would not hesitate to recommend. We have had a lovely week.

World class elevated location overlooking Conwy estuary & panoramic views.
Excellent 8 person holiday let. Comfortable and well furnished accomodation, both internal & external. All our visitors loved it, and we could make the most of the excellent May weather. Wifi a bit tricky - smartphones performed better than tablets or laptop when accessing the internet. Enjoyable well equiped kitchen and crockery, but two slice toaster slowed things up. Bedroom 1 has a delightful small terrace with scented wisteria(?) and panoramic views.
Many thanks for the 'goody bag' of local victuals - all devoured with relish!
Steep twisting access road could be testing if you met agricultural machinery, etc but worth it for the remote hilltop location and the views around the hills and Conwy estuary.

Weekend Family Houseparty
Beautifully fitted farmhouse with plenty of space to sleep 8 without feeling cramped. Views over the Conway Estuary are amazing with plenty of choices for long walks. Bodnant Garden Tearoom for afternoon tea and the Hayloft Restaurant for Sunday lunch are recommended. Wi-Fi not reliable enough if business use is required.
We were a family party of 8 with 2 dogs. Dog bowls, dog towels and poo bags were also supplied.Farmhouse was lovely and warm and log burning fire in sitting room was cosy on freezing November evenings.
