Spacious, cozy and bright apartment with sea view (port of cca. Portecchia) newly renovated, located on the second floor of a prestigious condominium with elevator, is equipped with all the comforts (air conditioners in each room, washing machine, dishwasher, tv, internet Wifi), ideal for large families and / or groups: the house has four bedrooms, of which two are double, one twin and one triple (with a bunk bed) for a total of 9 beds , plus cot (free) on request. Nicely furnished, the living area is an airy open space with fitted kitchen and large living room. There is, of course, independent heating, in case of a stay in winter.
The location of the house is exceptional: less than 50 m from the seafront, the children's playground and the beginning of the bike path, the charming old town...
