Tourist Licence. A stunning modern villa with 4 ensuite bedrooms, sea views, ducted air-con/heating (whole house), electrically heated pool and UK satellite TV. Walk to the beach and restaurants. Built with much care and attention to detail with high quality furnishings and fittings throughout. The front door opens from an impressive in-and-out driveway into a large spacious open plan living and dining area with the kitchen at its heart. The layout gives 2 main bedroom areas, both with a king and a twin bedroom, all ensuite. This makes the villa very suitable for 2 families seeking a sociable living space but privacy also. There are several outside seating areas offering shade and sun.

Super villa in Binibeca
Fabulous villa in a great location! - great sea views and walking distance to the beach and local restaurants....we didn't bother with a car and were just fine! Maxine was great from start to finish with the booking process and providing info etc.....Airport Transfers and online food shop worked brilliantly.
Cant wait to come back!

Second visit
We had a wonderful re visit to this fantastic villa, everything is perfect. 10-15 minute to beach. Many restaurants in Binibeca Vell village. Although we didn’t visit as we took advantage of the Bbq each evening. Car not needed. We caught the bus to Mahon, we spent most of the time around the pool which our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. A great relaxing holiday. Maxine was very prompt in answering any questions we had. The bottle of wine in fridge was very welcoming after a long day of travelling.

Super Villa
Super Villa. The all suite Villa really works well for us and this was our 2nd visit.

A family holiday in Casa Alta menorca
We had the most amazing week at Casa Alta
The villa is stunning with everything you could possibly need beautiful gardens and pool.
There were eight of us so 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was perfect .
There was a great BBQ which we used many times .
Shops and great variety of restaurants just a short walk away Maxine is a lovely lady and extremely helpful from the minute we booked the villa and sent us lots of useful information just before we went one tip she gave us was to do an online food shop order before we went to be delivered on the evening of our arrival it worked like a gem .
We would definitely recommend this villa and would definitely go back.

An absolute gem!
Three generations of my family had a wonderful week at Casa Alta. The villa was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. It’s in a great position, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The upstairs terrace was an extra private sitting area with great views. The design of the pool was very child friendly and my grandchildren made full use of it. Communication with Maxine was great. 5 stars all round!

The perfect holiday in a fabulous villa.
Just back from our third stay in beautiful Casa Alta. The design of this place is truly amazing. The architect must be a genius. It is very well proportioned and has everything you could need for a perfect, relaxing holiday. It isn't too far from the airport either. There is a choice of great supermarkets in the area. One is just down the road and is well stocked with all you might need. The pool is wonderful and we always choose to pay a little extra to have it heated. There are many seating areas in the well kept garden, some shady and some sunny. Something to suit everyone. We are looking forward to our next holiday here, hopefully in the not too distant future. Thanks to Maxine and Chris who are wonderful hosts and so helpful.

WONDERFUL!!!!!
This was our second time here, and the only reason we haven't been more is that it is often already booked out.
What a fantastic Villa!!! Everything you need, close to local shops and to supermarkets. Pool was great for the kids, even in the lower 20's with pool heating the kids were in every day of our stay.
Quiet and Peaceful location, great for relaxing.

Exceeds expectations!
We found the villa exactly as described and were delighted by the stunning sea views and the beautifully landscaped, private gardens and pool. A good location, perfectly balancing views, privacy, walking distance to restaurants, shops and great snorkeling spots. The perfect villa for 2 families to stay. We hope to return next year!!

Beautiful villa with stunning views
Casa Alta is a beautiful, well equipped family villa with a very private pool and patio area.
My family of 6 adults and 2 children (ages 5 & 2) stayed for 2 weeks to celebrate my 60th birthday and we could not have asked for more, the villa has everything that you need and is ideally located close to Binibeca centre with its restaurants and supermarkets. There is a regular bus into Mahon with a stop approx. 10 minute walk away and there is a ‘kiddies’ train that runs along the coast road every 30 minutes.
The pool was cleaned several times during the fortnight and we didn’t see the pool guy, she/he did it early morning without disturbing us at all. The beds and towels were changed weekly and the ladies that came in to do so were lovely.
The pool has a separate baby pool and there are ample loungers and seats/tables around the pool and upstairs on the patio area adjacent to the upstairs bedrooms which have beautiful views over the sea. There is a charcoal bbq with all utensils, the kitchen has a microwave, oven and hob, fridge separate freezer and a beer fridge, there is also a washing machine in the utility room. There are two bedrooms on each floor all with en suite bathrooms. The lounge area has a tv, satellite and a DVD player, there is also a blue tooth stereo system.
The owners Maxine and Chris emailed to make sure that we had arrived ok and to check that everything was ok at the villa.
If you are looking for a comfortable well equipped family (or adult) villa with stunning views, I would highly recommend Casa Alta.

About the neighbourhood
Distances<BR>Within a few mins walk from the villa, there is the ‘Poblador des Pescadores’ built in the 1960s to resemble an authentic Spanish fishing village. A popular tourist attraction, it offers tiny winding cobbled lanes and shady courtyards to eat in. Here you will find 2 small minimarkets offering grocery delivery and several restaurants. A little further gives you more restaurants, notably Bambu, a chic upmarket location for cocktails, food and sunset views. Well worth a visit is ‘Sa Botiga’ in S'Uestra, a deli supermarket, 5 mins drive away. In San Luis, there is a good range of local shops, bars, restaurants and banks, as well as a petrol station. The historic and beautiful capital, Mahon, is just a short drive away.<BR><BR><BR>
