La Marina Urb is a small coastal village on the Costa Blanca, located between Santa Pola and Alicante to the north, Guardamar and Torrevieja to the south. The village has a range of shops, bars, banks etc. and has a regular bus service north and south along the coast. La Marina has developed its own charm and in the summer it pulsates with life. During August many Spanish families spend their holidays here with picnic gatherings in the pine woods close to the beach.

Excellent local areas inc beautiful rural countryside, or up into the mountains, where you can enjoy wonderful natural landscapes and great views. La Marina has taxis and buses.
A short car journey will also take you to the nearby cities of Torrevieja, Alicante and Murcia and the villages of San Fulgencio, La Marina-Pueblo, Rojales, AlmoradÃ, Crevillente, Dolores and Catral are all worth a visit, where you can take a stroll in the historical and charming old towns, drive along rural roads, past oranges and lemon groves and call into a local artesan store where you will be able to pick up a traditional souvenir: hand-made jewellery, fans, wine, ham and olive oil.
Also just north of La Marina are lots of salt lakes such as Salinas del Brac del Port which create a very healthy atmosphere for people suffering from health problems such as allergies or arthritis.

Great house in a convenient location to all amenities. The house was exceptionally clean and tidy with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nothing was too much trouble, we even had an early check in. The roof terrace was wonderful in the evening, cool and spacious. The owners kept in touch throughout and answered any questions that we had. A travel cot and buggy were also available.

Beautiful villa
We recently stayed here and had an amazing time. The owners have thought of everything to make it home from home. Great size and beautiful roof terrace with wonderful views, lovely outdoor areas for the perfect relaxation time. Would highly recommend.

Amazing location in La Marina
Really happy we booked this house, ideal location lots of restaurants and bars locally, Very large swimming pool complex 1 min walk. Owner said it was first letting, it shows because the place is immaculate. Nice outdoor areas on each floor including a large roof-top solarium with sun-beds. Beds really comfortable. Already we are considering booking for end of Summer. Really greta value for money, very nice house.

Plenty of parking directly outside the house for your car or caravan. Many bars, shops, restaurants and amenities within 3 minutes walk and many more within 5-10 mins walk. Taxi and buses are available. The closest bar and Resturant is less then 1 minute walk. Pharmacy 1 min walk. A large outdoor swimming pool complex just 1 minute away. Lots for kids to do. The La Marina urbanization has all its own amenities, making it pretty much self sufficient. There is a local bus service which goes to the beach 2km away.
