Our 1 Bedroom apartment is a great for both couples and families, located on the 5th floor it has both sea and mountain views from a large balcony area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, the spacious living area has a large double sofa bed, with a further two single beds in the light and airy bedroom. The Bathroom features and bath with shower over, Bedding and towels are included. 5 Shared pools from May - October Discounts available for long bookings and winter months. lovely apartment
slept on sofa bed most comfy sofa bed we have slept on. Leah let us stay late on the day we were leaving which was great, lovely apartment will stay again looking forward to it thanks Leah.

Nice apartment
We stayed in Leah's apartment in herculeas. Apartment was abit musty as they only just opened up after being locked down. It soon went after a couple of days. Air-conditioning just installed and Wi-Fi available which was good. Leah very helpful recommending testing places in area for on way home. Overall we had a good week so no complaints.I would stay here again as not far from arroyo and train station 10min walk also bonanza square on your door step so all good. Thanks

Belle résidence
Appartement très bien situé dans une belle résidence avec piscine. Proche des animations et de la plage. Propriétaires très arrangeants et réceptifs. Materiels de plage à disposition à l'appartement. Merci .

not suitable for a winter let cold and no direct sun into the apartment
the location was ok ,but the outlook was inadequate one wall light in lounge, all plugs were loose and unsafe. no WIF, one blanket for two beds, pans in bad condition, just one saucepan, one other, burnt frypan, one small casserole dish, gas cooker which almost explodid when lit. only plastic outside table and chairs, for dining. It was a great disappointment we enjoy Benalmadena and this was not a good experience.

Fantastic
Absolutely brilliant, so clean and tidy, everything you could possibly want. Comfy beds and sofa. Lovely balcony with views of the sea and mountains. Near great Restuarants and shops. Bus stop right outside. We will definitely be back.

Comfortable apt, good neighbourhood
We were 4 people to stay for almost 2 weeks in August. The apartment is neat and cosy, very well equipped. Its a part of a bigger development, with two pools, garden, good infrastructure around it. affordable tapas bars and supermarkets, laundry, car rentals, massage studio etc. Walkway to the beach is downhill about 15 min. Thank you, Leah!

Excellent location - Great Family Holiday
The location is excellent - very close to friendly bars and restaurants with an excellent pool and sunbathing area. Would always recommend The Eagle pub for a full English! Just a short walk to a lovely sandy beach and the beautiful Paloma Park - perfect for picnics! The apartment is spacious and very well equipped for families. Kids were very excited to find buckets and spades ready to use! Very clean and well maintained in both the apartment and the rest of the building. A GREAT family holiday - will definitely visit again

Compact and clean
This was a nice clean and comfortable apartment close to either the Spanish arroyo up the way , or down a bit to the british bonanza square. 5 mins away from the supermarket, and although it does not have a washing machine. There is a laundry opposite the apartments. The living room is not that big, but it is not cluttered with to much furniture either. Only room in the kitchen area for one, but that was ok by me. Comfortable bed, and good wifi, which has just been added. We spent most of our time in the apartment on the balcony, or in the bedroom. Leah the owner was very helpful with the many questions I asked her, very nice.

Excellent value imaculately clean bright great location good pool
Just returned from this lovely bright apt everything you could need available poolopen with lifeguard TV with good range of english and audio channels great location had 2young children sleeping over for a couple of nights they both loved the buckets and spades available felt very secure beds comfortable no noise good cafe directly from lobby reception acsess nice tapas and coffee wilst waiting for airport departure many bars and restraunts close by enjoyed my holiday very much would book this apt again
