A lovely comfortable and good sized 2 bedroom apartment located next door to the lively Bonanza Square and plenty of other bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment is located on the 7th floor (access via two well maintained lifts) and the lounge and both bedrooms enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the sea and of the gardens and communal swimming pool. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other bedroom has twin beds and there is also a large sofa bed in the lounge so it can accommodate up to 6 people. All rooms are recently decorated and all furnishings are recently purchased as well. Additionally, brand new warm/cold air conditioning units have been installed in both bedrooms and the lounge. There is also satellite TV with all the main English Channels as well as other national ones. The 8m balcony situated just off the Salon through full length sliding panoramic doors is large enough to accommodate the couple of dining tables and chairs there for your al fresco dining and sun downers. Apartments in this block are both holiday lets and residential so the block itself, swimming pool and gardens are very well maintained all year round and while it is close to all the Town’s amenities and attractions, it has a very tranquil feel inside. The lovely large communal pool (seasonal June to October) is surrounded by a shady garden and the large Bonanza Bar serving a large selection of food and drinks. About the neighbourhood
The nearest beach is a only a ten minute walk away and there are many more attractions including two big Waterparks, the Marina, Tivoli World, the Cable Car, and Selwo Marina are all close by. There are plenty of Bars nearby offering good quality pub grub and there are also several good quality restaurants all within a few minute’s walk. and the Marina comes alive at night with plenty more bars and restaurants for waterside dining. Further beachside bars and restaurants can be found just a 10 minute walk away on the lovely promenade which runs for around half a mile from the Marina due west and then all the way up to Torremolinos due east.
Getting around
Being in the heart of the town means that everything around of interest is accessible by foot, However, for those wanting to really relax, the bus stop for the shuttle bus for the town is right outside the block as is a tax rank where all tariffs to key places are clearly displayed. A short walk down the hill will take you to the main road where there are many more buses that can take you to numerous places including Torremolinos, Fuengerola, and the Airport and Malaga City itself. Those wanting to go further afield can also get to interesting places like Mijas, Ronda, the Ardales, Marbella, Granada, Gibraltar, Nerja relatively easily as well on the main AP7 motorway which is easily accessible from the apartment as well.
