A single-bed studio apartment at Kuantan, Pahang. It is situated on the East coast of Malaysia. The apartment is facing the water-park, swimming pool and the sea. It is ideal for family holiday. Comfortably accommodate 3 persons. It is on the fifth floor and there are lifts to the studio.
The studio is part of the Swiss Garden Resort and Residences, but it is owned and managed by me, a private owner. Swiss-Garden Resort Residences Kuantan is idyllically located at the pristine Balok Beach and is within close proximity to Kuantan town, the Gebeng Industrial Park and Kuantan Port. You can go by taxi direct from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) to the condo. The budget taxi normally costs about 20 GBP.
You can also take the monorail from the airport to KL Sentral and change to Putra LRT (Light Rail Transit) network here. The ticket from KLIA to KL Sentral costs about 8 GBP.
Take the LRT to Gombak LRT station (The LRT ticket costs about 1 pound ). The condo is about 5 minutes walk to the Gombak LRT (light rail transport) station.
The journey from the airport to the apartment takes about one hour.
The apartment is easily accessible to all other parts of Kuala Lumpur by LRT, public buses and taxis.
The apartment enjoys one dedicated parking space.
