Great self-contained, one bed annexe available for short to mid term holiday or corporate lets. With sea views and private entrance. The property has sliding double doors leading out onto spacious terrace, with spectacular views out to sea and of Brighton Marina.

Ideally situated in this highly sought after location to the east of Brighton, this is a little gem. Great for access to the Marina, and all its amenities, including the David Lloyd leisure centre, gyms and swimming pool, Casino, restaurants, bars and shops. East Brighton Golf club nearby. Easy access into central Brighton along the A259 with its regular bus service and to Brighton Golf course, the new Falmer stadium, University and Language school in Ovingdean. I had booked for 13 nights. It's a lovely accommodation in Brighton with lovely host. Place is amazing not far by foot to Marina and bus stop to town.

Initially, when first looking at this property, and accepting the price for the week I selected, (£440) I emailed to rent. I received a prompt reply from Crown properties, notifying of my non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of £614.08 was now due. I wondered if this was a scam, and whether the owner knew of the £174.08 price increase! On further emails, the price dropped to £490 due to the extra for a bank hol weekend. (Robert Laidler of customer support responded to my concerned email, but was unhelpful) I agreed the new price, and went ahead.

Great location, and the balcony could be a fantastic sun trap, depending on wind temp. blowing off the sea! A well-equipped apartment, and the owners next door were very helpful with queries I had, when they had returned from vacation.
The Holiday Lettings site when accessed for this property, stated a hair drier, but on arrival - none. My wife very upset. I know it's no bother to us men, but the fallout could have been...

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. The holiday lettings site offers a 'prices from' guide only and guests are advised to contact the advertiser to obtain a quote. The price increase occured as you requested a one week stay from Saturday to Saturday, therefore encroaching on a second weekend. Weekend rates are higher than midweek....

Bright and pleasant living area. With sliding, double French patio doors leading out onto a lovely private terrace, with spectacular views out to sea and over to the Marina. A great space to relax, with TV and Wifi access.

By air: Gatwick international airport is half an hour by road and rail from Brighton. The M23 connects Gatwick to Brighton and the London -Brighton rail link passes through Gatwick train station which is an integral part of the airport.
Heathrow international airport is on the M25 which connects with the M23 at junction 7. There is a direct coach link to Gatwick or you can take the underground (Picadilly line) to London Victoria and catch a train or coach to Brighton.
By road: From London: the M25/23 link provides road access from London and the rest of the country.
From east and west: the main A27 and the A259 coast road connect Brighton to citys west and east. The A259 passes right along Brighton seafront.
