My place is very spacious and bright. Three double bedrooms, one of them is ensuite with two single beds which could palso be made up as a super king size bed. One room has a double bed and The other room has 3 quality zip and link beds which can be made up as super king size or individual singles. A full size three foot bed is in the open plan lounge diner. The property is suitable for wheelchair users and the main bathroom is located on the ground Floor. Quality accommodation is offered at a budget price. Off road parking.

Lovely stay
The house was roomy and well presented. Debbie had provided good fans in the bedrooms and lounge - great during heatwave. We enjoyed our little home

Fab location for different attractions
There were 6 of us (2 adults and 4 teens) and so it was a great size and gave good options for sleeping arrangements. The cooker wasn’t great it took a long time to cook but didn’t bother us as ate out most nights. It would be better with a freezer rather than having 2 fridges though. It was very well equipped the owner had taken a lot of time to consider what people need and she had left cold drinks in the fridge as well as tea, biscuits and pods for the coffee maker. We visited 3 counties whilst staying there and most journies were 30-45mins max. The only blip was that we received key safe details, code and postcode for a property elsewhere but luckily Debbie had already sent me the details separately but this is perhaps something the booking site need to ensure they sort out as it could be a security risk for owners. We had a fab break and would definitely return - thanks Debbie!

Beautiful, neat and cosy accomodation
We stayed here for a weekend coming from the north heading to London. The accomodation was as described and for the good price we got more than we bargained for. Debbie had left cold drinks in the fridge which was a really thoughtful gesture. We had been travelling and the drinks were really refreshing. The beds, couches and generally all the accomodation was very comfortable. The fact it had 2 bathrooms was especially advantageous as we were staying with 7 including some children. Though the accomodation is on a street, the front door having it's independent area outside made us feel we had plenty of privacy and space for ourselves. If you were looking for accomodation in Derbyshire, I would highly recommend this clean and well looked after accomodation. Many thanks Debbie for giving us a wonderful place to have our weekend away.

Great value! Will stay here again.
Debbie is an excellent host. I stayed here for a week whilst working away with the lads and the house comfortably fit all 8 of us in. Nice chilled decor on a quiet road with off street parking. Just what we needed after a day on the tools.

Nice stay in low budget
The place is near to chesterfield. Nice house, everything was kept according to our convenience. Good for 8 people. We haven't faced any issue during our stay, rather we enjoyed a lot. Deborah is also very prompt in replying the email.
