A superb comfortable Eco chalet, completely renovated with a sunny panoramic terrace overlooking the Bevera valley. At the edge of the Mercantour park, just above the GR52, 2.5 km from the village of Sospel, 15 km from Menton and the beaches and 45 mins from the ski resort of Limone Piemonte in Italy.
Sleeping two people with a 160 cm mattress. Well insulated and comfortable, it includes a bedroom with storage, a small kitchen and shower, dry toilets of the Separrett model.
The large terrace includes a solar shower.
In an adjoining room, there is a spacious summer kitchen with a large refrigerator, an electric cooker and an oven. A transportable Gas Camping BBQ is at your disposal.
There are 400 meters of motorable track beforeto get to the chalet and 350 meters of concrete conveyor belts...
