This sun-filled, very old and newly renovated house is situated in the village of Quillan is nestled in the foothills of the Pyrenees mountains and overlooks the Aude river as well as nearby mountaintops.

The house set on 3 floors has 2 large bedrooms and one smaller bedroom, each with windows - the first two rooms each have a double-bed, the smaller room with a single bed. There is one newly finished full bathroom and a second finished 'beach bathroom' (a relic of the wine maker who was the previous owner as is the 'atelier' in the back of the ground floor level). The house also boasts a large kitchen with a long 'harvest' table and restaurant-style gas stove. The living/sitting room offers views of the river and mountains as well as cable television, stereo and dvd player.
