Double doors open onto the terrace. The extremely spacious upstairs lounge is a great feature of this property. Open to the eaves with exposed wooden beams, it’s full of character and charm, has a door leading to an outdoor staircase giving access to the drive and meadow and has wide ranging views across the surrounding countryside. It’s very comfortably furnished complete with splendid oriental rug. There is a TV, DVD/CD player, radio and games. Bedrooms and bathrooms: The two bedrooms are on the ground floor. Bedroom 1 is comfortably furnished with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has twin beds with an additional third pull-out bed for a child, chest of drawers and wardrobe. On the first floor, the shower room has a double-sized shower unit, wash basin and WC. Games Shed: The Games Shed is in a barn and is for the use of guests at Boundary Farm. It has a table tennis table, pool table and table football Outside: Hayloft guests have their own terrace which looks out over a lawn which is shared with Cart Lodge and Farmhouse guests. There are 5 acres of meadows for guests' use and garden furniture in a smaller meadow adjacent to the property which is a perfect spot to relax and watch the sun set over the countryside. It also has plenty of space for children to kick a football around and play. (Badminton rackets are provided). More

Stunning place to stay with beautiful surroundings.

This is the third year running we have stayed at the hayloft, I have stayed here with my children in the summer holidays and in the winter with just my sisters. We absolutely love it here, the views are stunning and it’s always so peaceful....More

Not to be recommended for childless guests as the properties share the outside space, otherwise everything was just as we had hoped for.
