BEDROOMS - There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. - Attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms. - All rooms have double beds. BATHROOMS - There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - all attached. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is a living room with seating for up to 12 people. - It offers a wired music system. - There are 2 plunge pools - one is attached to the bedroom on the ground floor and the other is on the first floor. - There is an artificial waterfall near the pool. - There is a lawn for seating for up to 4 people. KITCHEN - The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, cooking utensils, a refrigerator, an oven and a water filter. - Crockery and cutlery are available for 15 people. - Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. - Guests may also choose to eat out. With us so far? You might be keen to know more about... FOOD - All meals are available at an additional cost. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a relaxing time in the spa, go for a swim or play indoor games like monopoly, uno or cards. Guests can take a peaceful walk near the lake and embrace its beauty. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - This property is not suitable for pets. - The artificial waterfall near the pool will be made to work on intervals. - In case of a power outage, power backup is available in the villa. - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Vegetarian meals are offered at an additional cost of Rs 1300/- per person, per day, for a group of 10 or more guests. For a group of fewer than 10 guests, the meals are priced at Rs 1500/- per person, per day. - Non-vegetarian meals are offered at an additional cost of Rs 1500/- per person, per day, for a group of 10 or more guests. For a group of fewer than 10 guests, the meals are priced at Rs 1700/- per person, per day. - At an additional cost, barbecue kit can be provided. - A spa can be arranged at an additional cost. POLICIES - The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - Any breakage or damage of any items in the home will be charged at actuals. - Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution, commercial activity, is strictly not permitted. - The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. Luxury villa with 2 pvt pool

A clean and well furnished villa. A good place to stay for a group of 10-12 people. The place has a good vibe around. Perfect for a group looking to get out in the open while having a taste of luxury.
