COMMON AREAS - The living room seats up to 10 people comfortably.  - The dining area seats 8 people.  - It offers WiFi and music system.  - There is a lawn with seating for up to 10 people and can be used for hosting events.  - There is a swimming pool. - The pool is 25x10 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. KITCHEN - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave and a water filter. - Crockery and cutlery are available. - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. FOOD                                 - All meals are available at an additional cost. - For groups of 10 or more guests, all meals are priced at Rs.1300 for vegetarian and Rs.1500 for non-vegetarian, per person, per day. - For groups of less than 10 guests, all meals are priced at Rs.1500 for vegetarian and Rs.1700 for non-vegetarian, per person, per day. - All meals will be prepared in a centralised kitchen and delivered to the villa. - Guests can also eat out in nearby restaurants like Kinara Dhaba, Sunny Dhaba, Swagat Restaurant, Creme Della and Cafe 24.  - The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak / festive dates. Amenities at El House     - Power backup,AC, WiFi  - Wardrobe hangers - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Music system - Secured parking space for up to 3 cars Guest access at El House                   - Guests have access to the entire villa. - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to books, games and swimming pool. - There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge. Additional costs - Events can be organised at an additional cost on prior notice. Activities                     An escapist hill station surrounded by green valleys and waterfalls, Lonavala is one of the most sought-after tourist getaways near Mumbai and Pune. It is a great way to skip town and live in the lap of nature filled with scenic lakes, waterfalls and dams along with cliff tops and eluding caves and forts. So, while you are enjoying your villa stay in Lonavala at El House, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable. Head over to Bushy dam to have a relaxing time. Experience the thrill of the theme park in Imagica. Have some pictures clicked at celebrity wax museum. Enjoy a serene view from Tiger or Sunset Point.   Home Truths      While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention about this rental villa in Lonavala so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - This property is not suitable for pets. - In case of a power outage, power back up is available in the villa.  - The outdoor area is under CCTV surveillance for security purposes.  - Children must be supervised all the time while the terrace is accessed.  - A Jio dongle will be available at the property, however, the network may vary subject to availability at any given time. - (Jio nertwork) work fairly well here. - Even though WiFi is provided, (Jio network here) also work fairly well. Best Time to Visit Lonavala: The best time to visit Lonavala is between the months of October to May. Policies                              - The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - Any breakage or damage of any items in the home will be charged at actuals. - Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution, commercial activity, is strictly not permitted. - The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable.More

Superb Villa

I booked the villa in november month for my birthday party. The service, food, staff everything was prepared and managed in very great manner, I was just overwhelmed by personally staying at this villa and enjoying with my folks. This place is highly recommended!!!
