BEDROOMS: - There are 4 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.  - ACs and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms.  - Double-sized beds are offered in all the rooms.  - Wardrobes are available in all rooms.  - Balconies are offered in all the rooms. COMMON AREAS: - There is a private swimming pool. - The living room accommodates up to 15 people.  - It offers AC, TV and WiFi.  - The lawn has a seating area for around 6 people.  - Events can be held in the clubhouse of the villa that can accommodate up to 100 people, at an additional cost on prior notice. BATHROOMS: - There are 4 bathrooms - all attached.  - Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are provided in all bathrooms.  - There is a bathtub available in one of the rooms.  KITCHEN & MEALS: - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier. - Crockery and cutlery are available for 15 people. - Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food. However, for elaborate meal preparations, an additional charge of Rs.2500 per day will be levied. - Meal packages including breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner are offered, subject to availability. - All meals can be provided to groups of 10 or more guests at an additional cost of Rs.1300 per person, per day. - All meals can be provided to groups of less than 10 guests at an additional cost of Rs.1500 per person, per day.  - Guests may eat also eat out in nearby eateries like Buvachi Misal, Rama Krishna and German Bakery.  - In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted. - Cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed in the villa. - The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak / festive dates. - All meals will be prepared in a centralised kitchen and delivered to the villa. ACTIVITIES: - The Villa has a Badminton, cricket equipment and a Volleyball Court, which is shared among 3 villas. - Board games like carrom, housie and tombola are also available along with a music system.  - Mini gym, TT  and a private bar are there in the basement of the villa. GUEST ACCESS:  - Guests have access to the entire villa. - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities. - We can provide staff accommodation at an additional charge of Rs.1500 per day, excluding meals and taxes. ADDITIONAL COSTS: - Barbecue grill can be arranged at an additional cost.  - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost. HOME TRUTHS - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. - (JIO/VODA/AIRTEL nertworks) work fairly well here. - Even though WiFi is provided, (JIO/VODA/AIRTEL networks here) also work fairly well. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:  - Parking space is secured for 1 car. - A medical kit is available at the villa. - The lawn is a common area within walking distance from the villa. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - Late check-outs are strictly not allowed. In case of a late checkout, the additional charges applicable will be collected by the Property Manager. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - In case of any extra guests at the property, the subsequent charges will be deducted from the security deposit. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit of Rs.10,000 will be collected at the time of check-in. This entire amount is refunded during check-out, provided the total number of guests do not increase, all villa rules are adhered to and no damages are done. And that’s it from us!
