BATHROOMS:  - There are 4 bathrooms - 3 attached and 1 common powder room.  - Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms. COMMON AREAS:  - The living room seats up to 10 people and offers an AC. - An 8-seater dining table is available - There is a lawn with seating for up to 15 people.  - A bonfire can be arranged on prior notice.  - There is a swimming pool that can accommodate up to 8 people at any given time.  - The pool also has a waterfall for a refreshing experience.  - The pool is 28x7.5 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.  - It is accessible from 10 AM to 8 PM. - Children must be supervised all the time while they are in or around the pool. - Wi-Fi is accessible only in the living area. KITCHEN - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave and a water purifier. - Crockery and cutlery are available for 12 people.  - Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food. However, for elaborate meal preparations, an additional charge of Rs.1500 per day will be levied. MEALS - Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner are offered, subject to availability. - For groups of 10 or more guests, all meals are priced at Rs.1300 for vegetarian and Rs.1500 for non-vegetarian, per person, per day.  - For group of 6 to 10 guests, all meals are priced at Rs.1500 for vegetarian and Rs.1700 for non-vegetarian, per person, per day.  - All meals will be prepared in a centralised kitchen and delivered to the villa. - Guests may eat out at nearby eateries like Kinara Dhaba and Sheetal Dhaba.  - In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted. - The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak / festive dates. GUEST ACCESS - The guests have access to the entire villa. - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to books, games and swimming pool. - There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge. Other things to note: - This property is suitable for pets, however, pets are not allowed in the swimming pool.  - Parking space is secured for up to 3 cars.  - In case of a power outage, power back up is available in the villa. - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
