I live adjacent to the cottage and am at hand for any queries or to discuss local history and places of interest and the best way to get there. I will also give advise if bookings are necessary and how to make them. From time to time home grown produce is available depending on the season and weather e.g blackcurrants, redcurrants and gooseberries, later in the season tomatoes and apples.

About the neighbourhood
The Glens of Antrim have been recognised as a unique landscape and are officially designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This includes a fifty mile shoreline, forests, open grasslands, peat bogs and mountain upland rich in history and culture. A long history of settlement and war is marked in the dramatic landscape by prehistoric stone tombs, churches and castles that tell of an age gone by and are a delight to behold for both the enthusiast and passers by.
Getting around
The best way to see this area is by car enabling you to stop at the many viewing spots and places of interest. Extensive literature on all local places is available in the cottage and of course on the web.Eileen is always delighted to discuss your itinerary with you and advise on the best directions or places to visit.
