Walk just steps off the rear deck to your own private beach access and the Golden Mile of Muri Beach and let the white sand seep between you toes. Kokacabana is in the heart of Muri yet you wouldn't think so as this house is so private and situated 100 meters from the road front and is accessed by a long driveway well off the main road that finishes at the house and of course the beach !. There are so many places for sun bathing in privacy or stroll just metres along the beach to a 5 star resort that has lagoon front dining and infinity pool or walk further along to the many restaurants, cafes and water activities available only at Muri - it really is the only place to be and beach to be staying on in Rarotonga Kokacabana was built and furnished with a genuine pacific island theme, a renowned local artists work is a big feature of the house and the attention to detail you can see in the finishing is something special. there are two dining options either inside or on the large deck that has a BBQ, sun loungers and lots of comfy couches and of course expansive lagoon views. the deck is sheltered and a great place to read, relax and dwell on 'another day in paradise' When you are ready to wind up the day there are three bedrooms , the master with ensuite and a large main bathroom with shower and claw foot bath. We can cater to your individual requirements by splitting beds or providing extra beds, just ask us ! of course with a house this nice there is full linen supplied as well as towels, for stays of 5 nights or more we will leave a full change of linen. - absolute Beach Front with only a privacy hedge and own secluded beach access - 50m walk from your BEACH FRONT house to the main road - 10m walk along the beach to the recently opened 'Nautilus Resort' for dining and happy hour - 100m walk to a convenience store / gas station - 500m to car & scooter hire - 800m walk along the beach to all the Muri Restaurants, Resorts, Night Market, Paddle and Kite Board Hire, Te Varanui Cultural Show - 1km to the famous 'Fruits of Rarotonga' - some of the best snorkelling on the island - Just steps on to Muri beach!
Getting around
The property is walking distance to EVERYTHING in Muri including the famous Muri Night Market, all the delis's , cafes and restaurants, resorts and day trips and activities yet the house is 50m off the road so when you've had enough action for the delay you can retire to the house and deck and soak up the lagoon view Many guests return their rental car after a few days as they realise they dont need it as its sitting parked whilst they are busy in our lagoon and beach !
