Our two bedroom/two bathroom, ground floor, south-facing and spacious (190sqm) KENT apartment here in El Presidente offers our visitors a wonderful location where you can enjoy all the benefits of a cosy and luxurious home to relax and enjoy the unique character of El Presidente. Another major advantage is that our El Presidente apartment, which is available for rental throughout the year, has all the comforts of home including comfortable beds (in both of the two bedrooms) and sofas, recently refurbished full sized bathrooms with a large walk-in shower and bath/shower combination, a recently refurbished luxury and large kitchen that is extremely well equipped, satellite television with a 47' LCD TV in the lounge and air-conditioning/heating and LCD televisions in both bedrooms. Indeed it would be very difficult to find a better and more spacious two bedroom apartment in the Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona areas. The KENT apartment has its own south-facing terrace and private garden, that can easily be enclosed, and which opens directly to the Blue pool that is just a few steps away. It also has free Broadband Wi-Fi internet access. In addition you would be staying in one of the most prestigious complexes, El Presidente, on the Coast, with its five swimming pools (one of which is scheduled to be heated during the winter) plus a large children's paddling pool, tennis courts, extensive and beautiful gardens, fountains and waterfalls and a nearby children's play area that are all maintained to an exceptionally high standard. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach and the nearest of two beach bar restaurants, numerous excellent restaurants and an ALDI supermarket. Indeed when you come to visit us in Marbella you will be able to see for yourself why we decided to move here with our family sixteen years ago! El Presidente is on the beachside of the coast road that leads out of Marbella and Puerto Banus. Marbella town and Estepona town centres and their beaches are about ten minutes away. Fortunately our complex is, in our opinion, ideally located because we are close enough to enjoy all that Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella have to offer whilst at the same time enabling us to live in a tranquil and beautiful beachside environment close to so many wonderful facilities. To give you a better idea of where we are, type in 'El Presidente Luxury Apartment Rentals' in to Google Maps. Also in the surrounding area of El Presidente there are many family oriented activities available including adventure, wild-life and water parks, sea-life centres, dolphinaria and water sports centres. There are also many excellent golf courses nearby and beautiful countryside to enjoy, whether it be just driving through it or taking a relaxing walk. Marbella is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area. As well as the nearby coastal towns of Puerto Banus, Mijas, San Pedro and Estepona, it is well worth venturing inland to visit the beautiful white-walled towns of Benahavis and Casares. About the neighbourhood
El Presidente, where we also live, is a wonderful beach-side complex close to Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona and is generally regarded as one of the best complexes on the coast. Within a short walking distance of the complex are the beach and many excellent local restaurants and a small supermarket. Free parking is available for our apartments. There is also a taxi rank at the entrance to our community and a local bus service with bus-stops nearby. We are ideally located away from the noise of Puerto Banus, Marbella and Estepona and yet it is just a short and easy drive along the coast road to all of them. Indeed it would be impossible to find a more spacious and luxurious complex at this price anywhere along the coast and certainly not in Puerto Banus or Marbella where they are...
Getting around
Close to the entrance of El Presidente there is a regular local bus service connecting us with Marbella and Estepona. There is also a taxi rank even closer to our apartment! Consequently, and with so many restaurants and ALDI within walking distance of our apartment, renting a car is not absolutely essential. However renting a car does offer many more opportunities to explore and enjoy the surrounding area, as well as its many beaches, wonderful sights and great facilities.
