Light and air dominate within the structure, the 15 apartments are characterized by sparkling walls of polished concrete. Private terraces and verandas overlook the deep blue of the Tyrrhenian Sea. All 15 apartments, including two studios, are located within the open-space property, which features the characteristic architectural style of the Etruscan Coast, in white and yellow stone. The four distinct categories of apartments range from Casa Studio, about 35 square meters, to the Casa Mare apartments, about 45 square meters, with a panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding landscape. The organic shapes and the simple design of our structure define relaxed common areas where guests can meet, including the pool area and the large solarium.
