The townhouse is located in a quiet residential area south of the capital city Santa Cruz. It is bright and spacious and has been decorated in a modern and tasteful style. It offers everything you could ask for a comfortable holiday, large terraces with artificial turf, private pool, solarium, barbecue area and even a covered outdoor play area with a trampoline for the little ones, all with a sea view. The house has 120 m2 divided among 2 floors. In the lower part there is a large living room from which you access the terrace and swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom and laundry room. The capital Santa Cruz with endless possibilities for shopping, enjoying the local cuisine or taking in the cultural activities throughout the year, is just 10 minutes away.
