There really are not too many properties on the Costa del Sol better than this if you want to relax, unwind and enjoy your great surroundings with loved ones. It is also ideally suited for all year-round vacations as it has the added appeal of a pool heater, patio heater, hot tub, pool table and table tennis table. Villa Casa Paseros & Lodge, Mijas Costa (Sleeps 15, plus children) Casa Paseros and Lodge offers extremely spacious, air conditioned accommodation for 15 adults and 5 children. The property has 11 bedrooms, 3 kitchens and 7 bathrooms. The property boasts numerous secluded gardens and terraces with large heated pool, 60' flat screen smart TV with high definition UK channels, DVD player and a selection of films there is also a 32' TV in the lodge. There are also two halogen patio heaters on the terraces outside, so you can enjoy sitting outside, even in cooler weather. Casa Paseros makes a bold statement with a large imposing 2 storey entrance hall/dining room with galleried landing leading to first floor which comprises: Large master bedroom (1) with fabulous super king size four poster bed, dressing room complete with fitted wardrobes; en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin and WC. This room is adjoined with Bedroom 2 comprising of twin beds and a sofa bed with French doors leading onto the upper balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. The 3rd bedroom on this floor has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and double washbasins. This bedroom also has its own French doors with access to the balcony. Bedroom 4 on the ground floor has a double bed, en-suite bathroom as before and French doors leading to the lower balcony. Bedroom 5 is situated on the lower floor consisting of twin beds and a sofa bed with en-suite shower and WC. On the same floor bedroom 6 has been furnished with bunk beds while bedroom 7 has twin beds Bedrooms 6 & 7 are served by bathroom 5 Bedroom 8 has a double bed, with bedroom 9 offering twin beds, bedroom 10 also has twin beds Bedrooms 8 9 & 10 are served by bathroom 6. Kitchen 2 is also on the lower floor and has been fully equipped with all modern appliances, crockery and utensils. Kitchen 1 and 2 benefit from a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine, refills available from all local supermarkets. There's no need to buy drinking water in this villa, save your time money and energy as this villa has a separate tap delivering pure 100% safe drinking water. The living accommodation on the ground floor comprises huge lounge area with ample seating with bay window enjoying magnificent panoramic views over the golf course and mountains, plus a feature fire place for a log fire in the cooler months. The newly fitted kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave and an American style fridge freezer, plus ample pots, pans etc. to cater for your party. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. All rooms have air con/heating. The ground floor balcony is accessed from the entrance hall and the lounge and is fully under cover and makes an excellent outdoor dining area. The Separate Lodge In the lower garden is accessed by a spiral staircase this comprises of an open plan lounge/sitting room /bedroom a fully equipped kitchen and en-suite bathroom kitchen 3 has been fitted with hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, cutlery and all utensils. The lodge easily houses another three guests, (Bedroom 11) has twin beds and double sofa bed if required, served by en-suite bathroom 7 with shower, washbasin and WC.
