A family friendly two bedroom townhouse with sea views, private garden, easy access to several community pools, the beach and close to Estepona centre. Both bedrooms are located on the ground floor along with both bathrooms. All bedrooms have air con units, the master bedroom has two single beds that can be put together to form a double bed and the second bedroom is a double, all bedrooms have access to the outdoor patio and private garden. On the top level you may find a dining area with garden and sea views next to a fully equipped kitchen. A large lounge area equipped with a 30' flatscreen with an international streaming TV package and plenty of seating with access to a second outdoor dining area and a cosy terrace. The second covered outdoor dining area has amazing seaviews with a renovated terrace next to it, it boasts with enough seating for guests and has two sunloungers. There are stairs leading down to the private garden and patio with more available seating, a gas powered barbeque, two extra sunloungers and access through a gate to the communal gardens. A five minute walk to the beach from the gardens or any communal swimming pool in the urbanisation. A large communal parking area is available just outside the property.
