There are two bedrooms with double bed and one with two single beds, all of them with closet and a ceiling fan, as well as two bathrooms with shower. One cot and a highchair are available on request. Colonia de Sant Pere is an old fishing village located in the North of the island. It is a little jewel between the sea and the mountains, ideal for beach holidays as well as for sports like hiking and cycling. There are many beaches around the village like Cala Torta or Caló des Ermitans. In the village, you can find the nautic club with a restaurant, the seafront promenade with bars and more restaurants as well as a grocery shop. In Cala Ratjada and Can Picafort you will find nightlife in the summer, bigger supermarkets and a lot of leisure for adults and children. Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property. Only the ground floor can be used. The first floor of this accommodation is uninhabited and closed. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The place is just amazing! It has everything you need to feel like you're home. Kitchen and bathrooms are new, very well equipped and made to very high standards. The living room and 3 bedrooms are nicely decorated and have character. We absolutely loved our 16-day stay at this house. The owners are very nice too - they gave us a bottle of wine and some nice cheese and fruits on arrival and made us feel really welcome. We hope to come back some time in the future!
