It is provided with; washing machine, air conditioning, central vacuum system, wifi, etc. Outside you have a big garden and terrace with a large round barbacue to your disposal. The 100% latex bed in the bedroom is 1.60m x 2m and very comfortable, as well as the sofa in the living room. Given the central yet remote location between north and south, it is an ideal appartament for people seeking peace and exploring the island from their appartament. A rental car is a must. This apartment is located on the south side of the Teide against a nature conservation area. It is centrally located between north and south, yet remote to enjoy the view. Also very suitable for those who want to explore the island. For example, La Laguna (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is just 10 km away. The capital at 15 km. The nearest beach 'La Nea', just 4 km. etc.
Getting around
At only 1 km you have one of the best restaurants price / quality: Las Rosas. Also at the same distance you have a supermarket, gas station, etc.Also, the road that brings you to the Teide is close by and is definitely worth the effort.
