La villetta, sita in Villapiana Lido, è di recente costruzione, arredata da poco e con ottime rifiniture e dista meno di 150 metri dal mare (2/3 minuti a piedi). Si trova in posizione centralissima con tutti i principali servizi facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

Appartamento in villetta molto carino la cucina è attrezzata di tutte le stoviglie che servono per la vacanza , camera da letto positiva con i materassi e rete nuove ,bagno buone condizione quasi nuovo, piccolo locale con una scaffalatura dove appoggiare le varie borse viaggio un mini terrazzino dove stendere i panni al coperto e un'altra ampia terrazza dove si può benissimo mangiare ,l'appartamento in questione si trova a l primo piano per accedere c'è un ampia e bella scala esterna e in più e recintata con due cancelli si può tenere l'auto d entro al giardino ,l'unico neo negativo è il segnale e televisivo che spesso salta forse basterebbe solo una buona antenna e per ultimo che dire che se avete bisogno del propietario il signor Giuliano è sempre a nostra disposizione , se dovrei ritornare a Villapiana di sicuro vorrei soggiornare nello stesso appartamento , allora vi auguro buone vacanze.
