Directly overlooking the sea with uninterrupted views, within the small quiet fishing town of Donaghadee this is a 3 storey Victorian Townhouse, restored and modernised to a high standard. Bespoke large kitchen/diner open to both snug and front lounge area. Tri-fold glass doors can be drawn across to separate the snug from the Lounge, allowing use of the rooms separately. Both rooms have ample seating and the Snug has a working boiler stove for the colder seasons. The North Down Coastal Challenge cycle route passes the front door so this is an ideal base for a cycling holiday with many Mountain Bike trails within a short drive. Donaghadee also boasts one of the many Golf courses in the area along with 3 all season tennis courts a stones throw away. We take a very personal approach by usually meeting and greeting our guest, giving a brief tour of the facilities. We are happy to make suggestions for eating out or things to do and places to see. Our contact details are left in case of any queries or issues. We may have to visit to maintain the garden but this will be very brief and can be arranged when the guests are out if preferred. Our Guests experience is our top priority.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Donaghadee. We were a party of three adults and 2 children and the accommodation suited our needs. Lots of space, plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and large living, dining and kitchen areas. The beds were really comfortable and we all...More

Couldn't recommend this property or owner enough. House and location stunning. Can't wait to come back and stay if it hasn't already been fully booked up before I get there. Thankyou again Ric.

About the neighbourhood
The sea views from the property are stunning. There are many local coastal walks, play parks for children, an outside gymnasium, tennis, pitch'n putt and bowling green within a minutes walk. Walk down to the harbour and watch the boats come and go including our very own Lifeboat. Within a 10 minute drive is Bangor with Pickie Park and the Aurora leisure centre. Heading north there is Belfast(Train from Bangor is highly recomended), the Antrim coast including Giants causeway, Portrush, Bushmills and the Dark Hedges. Golf, Horse riding, canoeing and mountain biking nearby too

The property is within a short 10 minute walk of the village centre with a wide range of shops , restaurants, takeaways, pubs and churches.
