The villetta has a very nice garden & gated entrance. Recently featured in the UK on the 13th of Feb 'Sunday Times Travel Section'. Attached to the kitchen there is a living room furnished also with a sofa (this can be a sofa bed if needed) , table with 6 chairs. There are also 2 additional rooms. Main bedroom with a king size bed and a closet. The 2nd bedroom has instead 2 separated beds and a closet as well. Next to the bedrooms is the bathroom with shower.
There is an independent terrace with a very nice view on the garden from which you can also see the “Guidaloca Bay” which is only 5 minutes away from the house. The terrace has a outdoor table and leaning chairs where you can relax in the evening after a day at the beach.

About the neighbourhood
Scopello is perhaps the more evocative and colourful place of the entire gulf of Castellammare. It is a small village risen at the end of the 18th century around the 'baglio', on a previous arab country house. In the low-lying wonderful cove limited by the stacks and protected by old towers, there is the 'tonnara' (thunny-fishing structure), The name of Scopello probably derives from the Greek 'scopelos' (rock). At night is now a place to sit down in a cafe after dinner and enjoy the summer breeze!

The “Villetta Sol Madarig” can be easily reached in the following way. Coming from Palermo Airport- coming by car from highway A29 Palermo - Mazara del Vallo, after 40kms approximately take the “Castellammare del Golfo” exit and continue on the state road 187 following the Trapani direction. After almost 4 Km follow the signs for Scopello that will take you to the coast. Once you have reached “Guidaloca” and see it’s beautiful beach on you right keep going and pass 2 small bridges to then continue along the road and the curves that go up the hill and once there continue straight ahead maintaining on your left and you are on straight road. The Villetta is about 100 metres on your left after the beginning of this straight road.
