This bright and spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom exclusive apartment benefits from one of the best locations that Puerto Banus has to offer. This is a front line property, with access directly onto the beach from the large communal pool. It is close enough to walk into the Port, being an approx 15-minute walk along the beach / promenade, but far enough away to provide luxury tranquillity on an exclusive development. San Pedro beach is also a similar walk, but in the opposite direction, which has a large tiled promenade. There are plenty of beach bars whichever way you decide to walk, including Ocean Club, Mistral Beach and Sala Beach (left towards the port). The world famous Sinatras bar on the corner of the port is an enjoyable way to spend time with a drink, overlooking the big boats and expensive cars passing by. The development is front line and has far reaching views across the Med towards Africa, which is visible on clear days with gated access straight onto the beach. All 3 Bedrooms, 2 en suite, 1 with a shower room, provide ample space for guests to relax as well as access via sliding doors onto patio areas. All are furnished to a very high standard. The Lounge / Diner is open plan and very airy and has large sliding doors that open out onto the garden terrace. The Lounge has ample seating and Flat Screen TV with 150 channels. The area also has dining table for 6 people. The lounge has a settee that converts into a bed for additional sleeping. The garden terrace has views out over the beautifully landscaped gardens and out towards the sea. There are 4 loungers and a table with seating for 6 people, for outside dining, and a large gas BBQ. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry area with washing machine and tumble drier. The Property also benefits from Air Conditioning throughout as well as complimentary Wi-Fi. The development has a large communal pool area, well equipped gym, sauna, games area and communal undercover seating area. There is also 24 hour on site security as well as card controlled access gates leading out to the promenade and beach. All rentals come fully equipped with all linen and towels provided. The area therefore has much to offer in the way of sporting and leisure activities that can be enjoyed all year round. The Costa del Sol is home to approximately 57 golf courses including Valderrama, host of the 1997 Ryder Cup. Yachting, surfing, water skiing, polo, tennis, racing to name a few and with so many excellent eateries and exclusive night spots nearby, Ventura Del Mar has everything the discerning holiday maker requires at a mere stone throw away. The apartment is a 45-minute drive from Malaga airport. Car hire and taxis are available from the airport, or there is the option to catch the bus, which is approximately approx 10 Euros per person, which will take you to Marbella bus station, leaving a 10-minute transfer by taxi, which would cost approx. 15 Euros. Marbella and the surrounding regions are blessed with a special micro - climate thanks to the protection of the magnificent Sierra Blanca Mountains, making this an ideal choice for your dream holiday in the sun. Accommodation Master Bedroom. With Super King size bed, dressing room and en suite. Approx size of bedroom excluding the dressing room is 12’ x 12’. The en suite has a bath with shower, double vanity basins, toilet and bidet. Sliding doors from the bedroom, opening onto the outside terrace. Bedroom 2. With Super King size bed, ample wardrobe space and en suite. Approx size of bedroom is 12’ x 12’. The en suite has a bath with shower, double vanity basins, toilet and bidet. Sliding doors from the bedroom, opening onto the outside terrace. Bedroom 3. With Double bed, ample wardrobe space and adjacent shower room. Approx size of bedroom excluding is 10’ x 11’. The shower room has a walk in shower, single vanity basin and toilet. Lounge / Dining Area. Large open plan bright and spacious area with sliding doors opening onto the outside terrace. This area is approx 30’ x 12’. Even on very hot days, if you have the patio doors open and the doors in the utility room, you will get a nice gentle breeze blowing through the apartment, maintaining it at a very comfortable temperature, without the need of the air conditioning. There are ample sofas and a dining table for 6 people. The lounge has a flat screen TV, which has a choice of 150 channels in varying languages, including 36 English channels. Kitchen / Utility. Approx 12’ x 10’ the kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need, including fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. The utility has a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, along with a clothes airer and an additional sink. Wi-Fi. There is community Wi-Fi at the apartment and by the pool, but this apartment also benefits from its own dedicated 40mb feed, as communal Wi-Fi can get busy and become slow during peak seasons. General. The apartment is part of a small community that has a large shared pool and beautiful landscaped gardens. There is also a multi gym and sauna down by the pool area, which also has toilets and shower facilities. Pass the pool and out of the gate, you are directly onto the beach. Turn left to head to Puerto Banus, or right towards San Pedro beach. There are plans for Summer 2015 to open a small snack bar by the pool area where you can get light snacks and beverages. We loved the location of this lovely apartment. Walk through the beautiful gardens onto the paseo for a 15 minute leisurely walk into Puerto Banus. San Pedro paseo is close by in the other direction. There are Beach bars and restaurants all within walking distance....More

About the neighbourhood
Puerto Banus has many hotels, but is more famous for the stores that are in the development. It has a very large shopping center and many international boutiques by famous designers. Many of the stores are the most luxurious in Spain, with many jewellery stores. There are many restaurants along the marina and in the shopping center. The apartment buildings around the marina have beautiful architecture, such as the Benabola Building. The marina is also famous for its nightlife, with many bars and famous discotheques. It is estimated that Puerto Banus gets 4,400,000 visitors a year. Prominent people from all over the world have visited this development and entertainment center, among them kings, queens, and movie stars. Puerto Banus is considered one of the premier Mediterranean resorts.
How to get there
The apartment is a 45 minute drive from Malaga airport. Car hire and taxis are available from the airport, or there is the option to catch the bus, (approx. 10 Euros p.p) which will take you to Marbella bus station, leaving a 10 minute transfer by taxi (approx. 15 Euros). We also have a contact for a luxury 6 seated vehicle which costs approx. 100 Euros from the airport to the apartment.
