This area is also away from Hurricanes and other bad weather happenings that hit other parts of the Caribbean. # The charming mixture of Latin and Jamaican cultures in the same village. # The richness of wild life with birds, slots, monkeys, butterflies and so many other animals close by and easy to spot. # The area is quite safe compared to most places on earth, we came from a large Brazilian city (Rio) so for us this is paradise in safety, even so we made our project very safe with a large fence/wall 3 meters high all around the houses, 8 security cameras and we have a security company “on call/monitoring” if ever needed (and in the same street there is the new tourist police station also to make life even more safe). Our houses are probable the most safe houses in this area of Costa Rica…. I always have loved both the jungle/wild life and specially nice beaches, here these two meet each other, it is unbelievable….. Other Things to Note: During one part of the year we live in one apartment in the same mini-complex so we are avilable for tourist information, for to book taxi, to get rental bicycles or to set up tours for our clients etc. It is important for us that the client gets help whenever he needs it and that they enjoys our wonderful place. We are here as much as or as little as you need.... If we are not at the location our caretakers will live in our apartment and help you with everything! ......... Observation, you are not allowed to bring more people than it is in the booking, not even if they do not sleep over! No pets. It is a family accomodation so no loud noises after 22.00 (so people in other houses can sleep). Pool closed from 22.00 to 08.00 Need to shower before enter the pool (pools). Our arrival/departure arrangement is that you can have access to the property from 15:00 (3pm) and should check out 10:00 (10am) the day you will leave in case that we have clients before or after you.
