La casa tiene unos 150m2 en la primera planta , que incluye:
1 suite ( dormitorio, vestidor / baño completo) ; 2 habitaciones que comparten el baño principal ; cocina completa integrada al salón principal comedor (fotos).
La finca es de aproximadamente 3600m2 , significa que tiene un muy amplio y bonito jardín privado, gran área de piscina con solarium y comedor, protegida del viento y de vistas no deseadas calle / vecinos, además una cocina con barbacoa y baño.
Jardín y piscina con sistema automático de luces y filtro.
Nosotros hacemos el mantenimiento de la piscina y jardín.

Feels like home!
Great location! The house is very comfortable and it's very complete! There is a cool breeze and a breathtaking sunset! The staff is very friendly and kind, Marcio is great on the barbecue station! I would totally recommend!

La nostra casa in Lajares
Siamo stati ospiti di Marcio presso Villa Sunset a Lajares per le vacanze di Pasqua 2017. Due famiglie con 4 bambini tra 6 e 12 anni. Lajares è, insieme a El Cotillo, uno dei posti più suggestivi di Fuerteventura. La Villa è molto bella e molto comoda, immersa nella pace e nel silenzio e a meno di15 minuti dalle bellissime spiagge di El Cotillo dove i nostri bambini facevano surf. Abbiamo trascorso dei sereni pomeriggi a sonnecchiare sulle amache nel bel giardino e a fare bagni in piscina. Caldamente raccomandata

Traumhafte Unterkunft in super Lage
Sehr schönes Haus, gut gelegen, um den Norden der Insel zu erkunden. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Das Haus ist in einem sauberem und gepflegtem Zustand. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr nett angelegt und der Bereich um den Pool kaum einsehbar sowie windgeschützt. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt, daher nur wenige Minuten genutzt (Februar). Trotzdem wurde der Pool extra für uns gereinigt. Toll!
Wifi funktionierte zu Anreise nicht, wurde aber zeitnah durch einen LTE-Router behoben.
Der Check-in war problemlos recht spontan möglich! Ein Supermarkt, Bäcker und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Vielen Dank für die ganze Hilfe und schönen Tage in Lajares.

Sehr schönes Haus für tolle Tage auf Fuerteventura
Das Haus auf eine Anhöhe gelegen, bietet einen schönen Blick über den Ort und die nähere Umgebung, Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und bietet alles was man für ein paar entspannte Tage benötigt.
