We are a small family run hotel, the listing is for the studio apartment, but we do have hotel bedrooms available as well. The studio has private shower room with toilet and sink, there is a twin bedroom, and a kitchenette (double hob fridge and sink) with a bed settee in. The restaurant is open 7 lunch times and 5 evenings a week, it is always possible to have breakfast if required. We are situated between Eymoutiers and Chateauneuf la Foret, 45k from Limoges and 25 mins from Lac Vassivière. There is a beached lake with play area at Chateauneuf, just 10 mins away . NO SMOKING INTERDICTION DE FUMER
