A 13th century Hamlet comprising of four principle properties:The Manoir. and Watermill have ther own private entrance /driveway and exclusive gardens and 12 meter pool. SEATING AREA INSIDE THE MANOIR, OUR OUTSIDE OVERLOOKING THE GARDEN FOR 20 PEOPLE. All properties are fully modernized and fully fitted so each party group can be independent. There are facilities for everybody to eat together: inside in the manoirs with a large stone fire-places and oak beams or outside under large canvas parasols,overlooking the secluded gardens and pool. The dining kitchen area is area is approx 40sq meters i.e. it can seat a large number of people. We have tables and seating for 20 people.

we are on hand to help, we will personnely hand you the keys and answer questions, We are nearby and have a seperate entrance and garden so unless you have any questions you will only see us when cleaning the pool mid week and then on returning the keys;

20% deposit is required when booking and balance paid 2 months prior to arrival.
Long term rentals or special events can be negotiated.

Changeover days are Saturdays, arriving after 4 in the afternoon, and departure before 10 in the morning. This is to give time for cleaning and changing Beds etc. It is not a problem if you arrive early or depart later but you will have to give way to hovers and bed linen.

Babies under 2 years old go free. 3 years old have a 50% discount

Cleaning, Properties should be left as found, ( laundre of towels and bed linen is included in the price)
Cleaning can be arranged at 200 Euros

Damage deposit of £750 is payable at the same time as final payment.

About the neighbourhood
The property is secluded in its own grounds with a 3 metre high hedge. Surrounded by farms and vineyards,but only 10 min to the local supermarket. There are no direct neighbours, the local village with its own bar / restaurant is set on a hill about 1 mile up the road.

We are in the middle of the historic and beautiful Bastide county, with fortified towns and castles. The country side is a little like Devon except the main crops are sunflowers, walnuts,plum orchards and tobacco. All local towns have market days, and most have some special events throughout the summer, we supply books with all local events and activities from 'Parc en ciel' (Adventure park in the trees) to Castles and canoeing.

We are 15 mins drive from Bergerac airport, which is serviced by Ryanair and Flybe, flying from several cities in Britain also Ireland and Belgium. There are several car hire firms and I would recommend booking in advance.
