Off the beaten track; enjoy a luxury stay in nature! Located on the lakeshore of Lake Kardzhali, near the Greek border, the apartments are spacious, modern, fully equipped, have unobstructed, panoramic views of the lake and are located on a private estate. Free wifi is available throughout the 2.5 hectare estate, which guests are free to roam as they desire. Outside the estate we are bordered by forest behind and the lake in front. Covered parking is included for free as is access to a private lakeside bar. The region is steeped in history, the surrounding nature is still pristine and the climate is Mediterranean. We arrange excursions and activities for guests as wanted....basically it's a perfect location for both adventure and relaxation. Our estate is located in a rural area with no neighbours. Guests are welcome to use the private bar at any time and need not worry about disturbing others. The area is perfect for larger groups or families who wish to find a private, luxury and secluded apartment with incredible views and plenty of nature about!

We recommend! Great hosts, wonderful views. Possibility of kayaking, boat or water scooter. Just the perfect place to relax and spend time actively.

Breathtaking views!
This place is a little piece of heaven! The first moment you enter the apartment and is just WOW! I was really impressed of the rooms and the scenic views out of the window. The terrace is amazing and you can spend hours there just chillin' and enjoying the sun. In general the place is everything you want to make of it, whether it's relax and do nothing, or be active and explore everything. We spent 3 nights and had the best time surrounded by the natural beauty of the lake. The apartment is lovely and modern, everything is new and clean and the owners make you feel at home. I've been traveling a lot but this is definitely a place I would love to go back and recommend to my friends :)

How to get there
From the city of Kardzhali head to the village of Penovo. Follow the signs to Staro Myasto and turn left off the main road. After app. 50 meters turn left again onto an unpaved road again following the signs to Staro Myasto (Hollandia BG Str.). Follow this all the way down to the lake side. When you reach a blue fence you have reached Lakeview Estate.
