There is a writing bureau were you can do some writing, computing or some other creative work. Next to the wood stove are two comfortable reading chairs. Furthermore you will find additional electric heating in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large double doors refrigerator, washing machine and refurbished French professional 5 Burner Natural Gas Range with oven, kettle, Nespresso Pixie coffee maker and Italian coffee machine. Near the kitchen is a long homemade dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchen has a rounded extension where a separate sitting area has been created in stead of the original old bread oven. You have a private washing machine. The property is spread over 3 floors. Living room and kitchen on the ground floor with a separate toilet. On the first floor you will find the bathroom with separate toilet and one bedroom with three single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m). On the second floor is the bedroom with an old extended French twin bed (1.6 m x 2.1 m). We offer a fenced garden (828 ft2) for the privacy and comfort for families with young children.
