This wonderfully light open-design house will work wonders for either a family holiday or a quiet break. It overlooks the charming natural pool and is only a couple of minutes from the club house and indoor pool. On the south-facing extended patio you can keep watch on your family being part of the community, or quietly relax.
On the ground floor the well equipped kitchen blends seamlessly with a dining room and living area which can be a comfortable, intimate space or the centre of family life. Upstairs are the master bedroom - with a King size bed, en-suite bathroom and south-facing balcony. The roof terrace gives exhilarating views back inland or down to the sea, and is a secluded suntrap.

Talland Bay lies between Looe and Polperro and is one of the most memorable and secluded coves along the coastline of South Cornwall. The quiet hamlet of Talland consists of a scattering of houses and cottages and an ancient church, away from the busy tourist areas to the north and west. The Bay community, set on a secluded hillside with direct access to the shore, is a haven of tranquillity, so rarely found in such an accessible location. It is a perfect location for walking, fishing and exploring the coast - or just relaxing and enjoying the views. The Beach It has three small beaches flanked by a rocky foreshore and a beautiful undeveloped coastline and is sheltered and safe for swimming.

Directions From Plymouth -

Once you have crossed the Tamar bridge and come through the tunnel on the other side, stay on the same road and at the Saltash roundabout take the second exit, marked Liskeard A38.
Stay on the A38, you will pass through the villages of Notter, Landrake and Tideford, and then arrive at the Treulefoot roundabout. Take the first exit, marked Looe A374, after a few minutes drive turn right at the turning marked Looe (A387). Follow the road all the way to Looe, drive down Station road and then over the bridge and up the hill.
The road starts to level off at the top, and in a right handed dip there is a left hand turn-off marked Talland/Tencreek. Follow that road down into Talland. The 5 bar gate at the top of site is usually locked, keep on the road down to the elect...
