The bedrooms (a master bedroom, a standard-plus room, and a standard room) are upstairs and very private. Apart from the en suite in the master bedroom, there is also another bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The living room is downstairs, along with the kitchen, dining area, work desk, and coatroom. What's more, the kitchen is well-equipped with a big refrigerator and a breakfast table for four people. There's also a dining table for six in a separate dinning space in the living room. In short, this is the perfect space for a family vacation or a group trip. PARKING IS NOT GUARANTEED! 1. We have one reserved parking spot (No. 9) in front of the house. Then there's visitor parking, which can be anywhere on the property. 2. You need a permit to park within the community. Otherwise your vehicle will get towed. 3. We have two parking permits. One for the reserved spot and the other for a visitor parking spot. 4. We can't guarantee that the permits will be available to you. So inquire first. Then if it's available, have us reserve it for you well in advance. 5. If you don't have a permit, or if you have more than two cars, there's a ton of street parking on Old Columbia Pike. Then further down the road, there's also street parking on Stewart Lane. Then there's parking at White Oak Shopping Center. 6. ALWAYS LOOK OUT FOR SIGNS FOR WHERE NOT TO PARK.More

The apartment is part of a townhouse. The entrance door of the house and all doors in the apartment have automated locks. So you can check in at any time you want, whether during the day or at midnight. You will have access to everything in the apartment. You can prepare a nice meal in the kitchen whenever you want. You can lounge on the deck at the back or use the work desk downstairs if you want. And all the bathrooms in the apartment are at your disposal.

The townhouse is located in the White Oak neighborhood of Silver Spring, Maryland, United States. White Oak is a peaceful, friendly, and safe neighborhood with a highly-functional transportation system. Its main area stretches from House Dr, where the townhouse is situated, past where Steward Lane meets Columbia Pike (the highway to Washington DC), and then through New Hampshire Ave, and to Lockwood Dr. Within this main area, you will find more or less everything you need to make your trip seamless and memorable. For instance, Paint Branch Creek is very close to the town house. All you need is step outside and enjoy the view of a lifetime. Paint Branch High School, on the other hand, is a ten-minute drive away.
Getting around
Getting around White Oak, Silver Spring, and beyond (all the way to Washington DC) is very easy, given the highly-accessible transport system in the area. Silver Spring Metro Station is the nearest train station. You can take a taxi from the station straight to the house, or you can take a bus from the station to Stewart Lane, which is the main bus stop closest to the house. From Stewart lane to my house is just a ten-to-fifteen-minute walk or a four-minute drive. When going back, you can easily retrace your steps with respect to the directions above. Finding and getting to places in White Oak is also very easy. Simply call a taxi or Uber and step out of the house to catch it. Bank of America is on Stewart Lane - just a 10-15 minute drive
