On arrival you will find the living room immediately to the right and the master bedroom directly opposite it with a King sized bed and a view of the patio. The bay-windowed living room has an elegant design with white wooden floors, a feature fireplace, lilac and mauve coloured sofas and a flat-screen TV. One of the sofas opens up into a king-sized bed to accommodate two guests. Further along the main corridor is the bathroom which has a bath with shower screen, and a separate WC. The second bedroom is a child’s room with a single bunk-bed (a raised bed). At the rear of the corridor is the bright open-plan kitchen with a dining table and access to the back garden. This is a modern and fresh space with plenty of light pouring in through the bi-folding doors and skylights. This neighbourhood’s Chamberlayne Road was voted “hippiest street in Europe” by Vogue magazine, offering numerous antiques, boutiques and quirky cafés. Salusbury Road also offers a good selection of eateries; The Salisbury is an excellent gastro pub with delicious pizza and there are numerous cafés where one can enjoy coffee and cake. The verdant open space of Queen’s Park itself is on your doorstep and lovely for a picnic lunch or a morning stroll in the sunshine.
