This home could be beautiful but it is in some desperate need of some TLC. The home is situated in a very convenient location and offers a lot of parking spaces at the back of the property as well as quiet street parking. The home itself is lovely and very spacious but does need some time spent on it. The lounge room had a broken curtain hook on one side of the window which left the rod and curtain just hanging diagonally across the window. The fridge in the kitchen leaked so badly we had to have a towel underneath the front of it the whole time and I would think it’s been this way for sometime as the floor looked very water damaged. There was food left in the freezer and not cleaned out. The bar area (which we were most excited about) left us disappointed as the bar fridge was full of mould on the bottom shelf and the roller door which should of opened so you could serve drinks out to the pool area was broken and didn’t allow us to do this. The linen cupboard was an absolute mess with sheets just thrown in making it look like nothing was clean. This needs some serious organising and arranging ASAP! The whole home just needs a good clean! It has the potential to be a 5 star property but the cleanliness really let it down! I hope these things can be attended too because it would be a shame to keep getting reviews like this (mine is not the first) when this home would be perfect for so many.

The layout of this property is great and perfect for large groups however the property is in need of some maintenance and a good clean. The bar fridge doesn't work, the main kitchen fridge leaks continuously, the cold water tap in the kitchen barely runs but the hot water is so hard it sprays everywhere. There is a big issue with ants also which no matter how much cleaning we did we couldn't control. A few supplies such as a mop and vacuum that works would also help for groups staying for more than a few days. The biggest issue we had however was the WiFi as it was spotty and alot of the time non-existent. I emailed multiple times regarding this but it was not fixed. This was a nightmare for our family from overseas and meant watching movies in the theatre room near impossible unless we used our own data. We did enjoy our stay but when you pay alot of money for a place you expect it to be clean and in working order.

It is a decent property in a great location, WiFi was not working and didn't work all our 6 day stay and property manager did not resolve the issue and ignored me after requesting to resolve the issue, theatre room was not set up and wasn't until I complained. Found ants in kitchen, not enough dish washing blocks for the stay, the fan in the double bunk bed room should be removed as its dangerously close to the top bunk. Foxtel was not working in front lounge. My calls and messages were ignored. Travelling with 6 kids from another state you don't want to have to deal with issues with the property you paid over 3.5k for. Very disappointed

Nice house. Enjoyed our stay.

House was nice and slept 15 people comfortably was a decent size. However with the money I paid for the house I was not happy with how untidy and dirty the house was when we arrived. Dirty socks left IN one of the guests beds! No bin bags in the house. No dishwasher tablets. No paper towel. No hand towels. Not enough bath towels for 15 people?? And 1 roll of toilet paper for the WHOLE house that is meant to sleep 15 people. Also when i arrived there was bits of food in the dining room on the floor and ants all through the kitchen.

I booked this house for family and a few friends. We were a fairly large group and I was worried about having enough bedding and pillows, but it wasn’t an issue. There was enough of everything at the house. Except for tea towels in the kitchen, there was only one which made it hard with cleaning dishes. But that was a very minor thing (especially with a dishwasher there). Everything else was perfect. I would absolutely book again!!

Clean, spacious, friendly and accommodating to a large group of friends and pets. Theatre room was fantastic and plenty of provisions for cutlery and essentials. Lovely owners/managers.

Hosts were a pleasure to deal with and made it so easy, would highly recommend
