Terrible
We couldn’t make our trip due to flooding & told the accommodation a few days before to give them time to rebook the room but they didn’t respond to my many phone calls & emails until the day before we were due to go there & then they said it was to late for them to rebook the room & we could not get compensated or even able to change our dates so we will not be using Stayz or Gold Coast Holiday accommodation again & will make sure other people are aware of the terrible service.

Wonderful Apartment
The apartment was a wonderful location and so well renovated that it met all the needs for our groups stay. And the view to wake up to was the perfect addition. Will definitely stay again!

Superb Holiday
Absolutely awesome unit - fantastic location - loved every minute of our stay :) Couldn’t fault anything in any way. Exactly as described- very thankful to have stayed here…
