St Clears, Carmarthenshire, Wales
Golygfa Preseli (Preseli View) is a recent barn conversion with a stunning panoramic view of the Preseli Mountains. With air sourced underfloor heating and a log burner, it retains many of its original features including wooden beams, stone or lime plastered walls, with slate and wood flooring. Situated on the Pembrokeshire/Carmarthenshire border, the cottage is ideally placed for a fantastic holiday or short break. Golygfa Preseli is across the road from a working farm, home of the owners Ieuan and Jan Griffiths and family. We do allow you to bring up to 2 well behaved dogs, but ask that they are kept under control at all times, in order to safeguard the animals. The area is very rural, and many wild animals and birds can be seen – rabbits, bats, buzzards and red kites to name a few. This is a great place to unwind, relax, and enjoy the... Read more

Excellent barn conversion with everything one could ask for. Stunning views across to the Preseli mountains. Close proximity to the coastline and beautiful places like Saundersfoot and Tenby. A visit to The National Botanical Garden of Wales is recommended.

We have just returned after a week in the most beautiful cottage you could wish for. It was huge! Every room was spacious and beautifully decorated. It was spotlessly clean. Everything was provided from lovely thick towels to every kitchen utensil you would need. Jan and Iuen were really friendly and came to welcome us. We really appreciated the wine...

Have to agree with all previous reviewers, this is a gem of a place, so relaxing, modern, spacious, very friendly owners who live over the road in their farmhouse. Welcome pack even included a bar of nomnom chocolate, which is made at the chocolate farm less than a mile away, look out the kitchen window to the 2 white flags...
