All you need for a perfect Cozumel Getaway. 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom located downtown Cozumel. Close to our local Market, convenience Store (Oxxo), laundry, and restaurants. To travelers escaping the cold winter, I do have a long term discount staying over a week and over 30 days. ust 11 minutes walking from the ferry pier (3 minutes by bike). In the apartment are your private full bedroom a full bathroom, fresh towels and a lovely small kitchen. Your apartment has a very comfortable double bed ( 54 in × 75 in / 137 cm × 191) and reliable wireless internet, you will also have a small place to enjoy the sun outside your bedroom or use it to hang your clothes or rinse your scuba gear. Whatever seems natural. Sometimes quite a lot, other times not nearly as much. This is often dictated by how much our guests are staying. Most of the time people go to the beach. Just 1 km from the Ferry pier to Playa del Carmen or 15 minutes walking. 5-10 minutes walking to the nearest local Market, convenience Store (Oxxo), laundry, restaurants and bars. We will provide you with a map location and even a video of how to get to the apartment from the ferry pier.
