Newly built two story house , large 3 bedrooms of upper level are available for immediate rent. Beautiful balcony with great view, great location and very safe, nice neighborhood, easy access to all necessities.

Great Place
Seven of our family members booked the all 3 bedrooms, the Main bedroom, North bedroom and South bedroom of this house in Sri Lanka for 12 days to attend a religious function. This gated property is a newly built, very clean, well looked after place and located in a very safe neighborhood. There is easy access to private and public transportation all the time. We really enjoyed the very comfortable accommodation with all the amenities and the hospitality and caring from the property manager was the greatest.
Since the property manager is in the tourism industry with his own very comfortable transportation, he was very helpful with guiding us to places that we wanted to see in Sri Lanka.
He was always available for us and he was a great person who was willing to help us with anything at anytime. Especially, when my daughter took ill twice around 1am & 4am, the property manager was kind enough to transport us to the local hospital.
I can recommend this property to anyone.

About the neighbourhood
There are tons of restaurants and fast food places available on walking distance. Guests can buy the best fish & chips, other western kind of food at a major attraction Diyatha Uyana which is 10 minutes drive from the property. and other attractions are 10-15 minutes drive away. There is a bird park 5 minutes walk from the property. The beautiful beaches, sea side large hotels such as Galle Face, Taj Samudra, Hilton are located in 15-20 minutes drive from the property. The property manager is in tourism industry and he will be able to guide guests for best attractions and restaurants on the Island.
Getting around
The easiest way to get around short distance in the city by tuk-tuk taxi (Three wheeler) , Uber taxi, private bus service or public transportation. All of these various transportation are available from 50 yards of the property. When we were vacationing in Sri Lanka for 3 and half months, we used tuk-tuk taxi and Uber taxi to go to attractions, sea side, restaurants and shopping and they were much cheaper and convenient. We used public transportation as well and it was the cheapest but it was sometimes very time consuming. Uber taxi was the greatest. They were very convenient, cheap, clean and great service.
For long distance travelling, there will be trains available 30 minutes drive from the property.

How to get there
The place is 45 minutes drive from the Bandaranaike International Airport and sometime it may take longer due to heavy traffic during busy times of the day. Guest/s can be picked up from the Airport at a reasonable rate by the property manager if requested. There are various public transportation are available but it's much convenient if arrangement is made to pick up guest/s by private transportation.
