Close to shops and restaurants. You are very close to the Rupione (1km) near Porticcio (10 km) the "seaside town" on the other side of Ajaccio, but you, you are quiet, without the buzzing summer bustle of Porticcio very touristy. You have the advantages without having the disadvantages: You are on the commune of Pietrosella but in a villa feet in the water, all at the edge of sea. Villa can accommodate 7 people, with a modern American kitchen, .... with wifi, ... you will be quiet but / and you have all the necessary shops nearby! Reversible air conditioning or heating depending on the season (in 3 bedrooms and a large air conditioner for the living / dining room, American kitchen: comfort everywhere. A kitchen in the American style just made, with a central island, fully equipped kitchen, overlooking the terrace of 30 m2, always facing the sea and overlooking the terrace, a barbecue for 9 with plancha, a beautiful and large garden table with 8 comfortable chairs to invite you to have breakfast (what fun!) or have lunch and dinner, after enjoying a beautiful sunset, always renewed! ... When one wants to enjoy a deckchair to rest, sunbathe, the other can go down on the rocks and fish or scuba dive, paddle or swim simply ... The small sandy beach, just down there, 80 / 100m from the house, beach for which you just have to go down a few steps and where you can put your beach towel for a moment of rest, tanning or sunbathing. enjoy, even with the little ones! Spring with its scents, the after season are often so nice with usually a weather, a mild weather where you can start to swim and Corsica is yours "alone", it's nice too! We are not in a subdivision, far from it, in front of and on the sides: the sea; on the other side the garden and beyond, on the other side, the maquis !!! If you want to go to the many beaches around (less than 1 km to many) they are so many and all different from each other but with a charm, and for some you can enjoy straw huts and beach restaurants , restaurants to eat or sip a quiet aperitif or the sound of music for the youngest (theme nights). A 600m bakery, early, pizzeria, small store type "drugstore" + press are open all year and 2km at the pump you will find another bakery we love, a butcher caterer, a hairdresser ( all, open all year) but also a doctor, a pharmacy, a library well stocked ... In PORTICCIO, you will find a cinema, nightclubs, a CARREFOUR store and lots of little shops for your summer shopping.
