Interaction with guests
We feel it is important for you to have a local contact should an emergency arise. Therefore, we use a local agency to handle our leases, payments, and deposit refunds. The agency does accept credit card payments, for a small admin fee, for those who like instant booking. After all payments have been received, they will issue you directions and the lock box code to the house. There are spare keys with the Welcome Package in the house. You are responsible for washing, drying, and putting away all items used in the house during your stay. Cleaners will vacuum and dust. Our Welcome package is full of ideas for local attractions and we are always available by email and phone. We love helping our guests make the most of their time in Acadia.
