PROPERTY DESCRIPTION The tastefully designed and furnished Bella Vista Two-bedroom condo at Oceania resort is elegantly furnished to maximize sleeping capacity whilst providing you with a spacious and relaxing environment; it has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, built-in closets, and a modern full bathroom; a second bedroom with two double (full-size) beds, built-in closets and a second modern full bathroom; a living room with a comfortable leather full-size sofa-bed; a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-seat breakfast/bar-table and separately a 6-seat dining table in the dining area; and a laundry(washer/dryer) /storage/facility corridor that lends access to a third modern full bathroom. There are two large balcony terraces, adjacent to the living room and the master bedroom, each with breathtaking ocean views. This unit provides you with 1,600 sq. ft. of living space. Cable TV, three high-definition flatscreen TV's (in the living room and each bedroom), a DVD player, free broadband wired and wireless internet, and an iPod compatible stereo set are all available for your comfort. This unit is located in the Boca Catalina building on the third floor (adjacent to the Precious Ruby Two-bedroom condo). -Sleeps max 6. THE RESORT The facilities of the Oceania Deluxe Beachfront Condo Resort include three large swimming pools, a kiddy pool, two beach access gates, two gyms, a sauna, a business center, a kid's playroom, and free parking. We had an amazing trip. Our accommodations were perfect. It was beyond our expectations. We loved the quiet and peaceful surroundings. The beach was beautiful. One of the best family vacations we’ve taken. What a blessing!
