Nianna Spring Farm is located in the private and gated enclave of Spring Farm at Rose Hall. This property features a main house with the cottage and is located in a Cul-de-Sac. It has an electronic gate with remote access. Nianna Cottage is located beside the main house with it's own private entrance & plunge pool. It features 2 private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The charm of the cottage is the combination of the unobstructed views over the Rose Hall's hills, the transformation of the valley's green view into the blue of the ocean and the beach house feeling the space protrudes. The private pool located at the rare of the cottage is a masterpiece in design, its quarter circle shape is built to maximise the view and comes with viewing bench. There are 5 jets for lower back massage. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, AC, WiFi, sufficient closet space and en-suite bathrooms with standing showers. Interiors are made from furniture sourced globally including pieces from Bali, Colombia, USA & Jamaica. Here is the marriage of exquisite taste, beauty and comfort. Nianna has repeatedly been featured in international architectural press. Towels are provided and refreshed every four days. Your stay with us comes with free beach access to the Rose Hall Beach Club located four minutes away by car, open from 9am-5pm and sometimes closed for private events. There is a swimming pool on property which is adjoining the main house. A brand new plunge pool has just been built right in front of the cottage, and is very private and for the use of the guests only. The kitchen opens up into a spacious, natural light filled living and dining space with a large 6 seater dining table and comfortable 3-seater sofa and day bed that can accommodate an adult and child or two children for sleeping purpose. The living area has Cable TV, Wifi and AC. A supplemental generator ensures that Nianna is never without electricity and air conditioning. Parking is right in front of the cottage lined by orchids that the owner grows fondly. There are a number of very popular dining options ranging from 2-5 minutes away by car, these include The Sugar Mill, Sea Grape Terrace and world famous Scotchies. Mystic India, Pelican Grill, China House, Pier One, Margaritaville, Houseboat Grill, Mystic Thai and Robbie Joseph's Seahorse Grill are a few of the restaurants that are located ten to twenty minutes away by car, and many of them offer free pickup for diners. For delivery, contact the Sun and Fun Jerk Centre at Shoppes of Rose Hall where you can choose from lobster, fish, shrimp and an array of dining choices. Night Life: Margaritaville offers a free shuttle on Thursdays Ladies Night and Saturday Nights. Pier One offers a free shuttle on Friday nights. Contact Frank Mair for further details. The Neighborhood: Tropical BSpring Farm is the #1 neighborhood in Montego Bay. The estate neighbors the grounds of the world famous Half Moon Hotel. Spring Farm is a gated community with 24-hr security, it comprises of some of the largest family homes and estates on the island. There are 3 PGA rated golf courses within walking distance and tee times can be arranged. For well-spent, fun family days discover the most exhilarating water attraction in the Caribbean at the Hilton Water Park. There is so much to enjoy for adults and kids, navigate through cascading waterfalls, relax along the lagoons, drift on the lazy river with inner tubes or lounge in one of three terraced pools. Alternatively take the family along for a thrilling horse-back riding experience at Half Moon Equestrian Centre, located a mere 5 minutes from Nianna.
