We planned a surprise 50 th for my husband and everything was perfect. The staff is what makes aqua beach they really care about their guests. Dean is the best security guard ever he works from the minute he gets there and takes such good care of the villa dog Ziggy ! Sherrie made the best food and made sure we were all happy, Tevin is a fantastic bartender , Joan made sure our rooms were clean and there were so many more each and every staff member made our stay rememberable. My husband had the best birthday 🎂 I’d love to visit again and I can’t say enough great things about our stay

This villa far exceeded any expectation we could have had. We went with a group of 12 adults and even after an atrocious airline mishap that caused four of our party to wind up at the villa 2 days late we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful. The staff is so friendly accommodating and makes you feel very safe in a somewhat unfamiliar environment. The villa is located in the heart of the beach with great reggae bands playing next door and fresh lobster and jerk chicken steps away. We had such a great time we are truly looking forward to booking again. Shari sat down with us upon arrival and was so accommodating on special dietary requests and food preferences. We tried everything from common American food to true Jamaican and there was always food to please every pallet. If there is one slightly different comment I could make is that there are six bedrooms. Two of them are definitely designated as more 'kids' rooms and along the lines of a standard hotel room while the other four are boutique suites. Not that it would have made any difference when we booked but when you draw straws to pick your room make sure you're aware that the garden rooms are significantly different than the others.

AMAZING isn't a strong enough word to describe this house & it's team. It starts from the moment you make the reservation! You are sent detailed information about the house and things to know for your stay (this 'type A' personality LOVED this). The entire staff are AMAZING. I don't even like to refer to them as 'staff' as they are so warm and caring and you will leave feeling like you just made new life long friends. The house is AMAZING. While we were only in our rooms to sleep, each room has plenty of space and all with their own bathrooms (which was great when we went with six couples). The outdoors is AMAZING. You have this awesome pool with areas for sitting to relax and then you have this amazing bar to sit and play games while having some drinks and then you have the beach...which is AMAZING. It's super soft sand, you can walk out quite far and the one time we were there we got to find a bunch of starfish...which was really cool. I can't say enough how much we LOVE this place. We have been twice and currently have two other reservations booked with them.

This incredible villa is a dream come true. Everything about it is perfect. It sits comfortably in the middle of 7 Mile Beach. There is live music nearby, and plenty of places to eat. However, you will not want to eat anywhere else because Shari-Ann is the BEST COOK! Her meals were absolutely delicious. And she is a delight as well. She even taught my 5 year old grandaughter to make "Jamaican" chocolate chip cookies. Which were delicious, by the way. This place is magical. It's perfect for a trip with extended family, or a group of friends. The house is absolutely gorgeous, with great art, comfy furnishings, and fantastic bathrooms. There is so much room inside and out to congregate or find solitude. The house really exceeded our expectations. What blew us away was the staff. Every single member of that team was amazing. They were so sweet and friendly and caring. They took such great care of us. They made my Mom feel like a queen and my granddaughter feel like a member of the family. They think of everything. There were many hugs given and tears shed as we said our goodbyes. We are booking our return as soon as I finish this review.

I will begin with the staff because they are a huge part of the experience! Sherri the chef is incredibly talented but also the sweetest person to deal with! Full of personality and there to please. Her food is just to die for and she was an integral part of our trip along with Kadisha who was her partner. They are most welcoming and ready to please! And wow they made us the best meals we have ever had on vacation. Then there is Tevin the butler who is amazing along with Dean Alden who are security! Miss June who is housekeeping as well a sweetheart! The staff made our stay! So on to the house, i dont know how anyone could ask for more. The house is big and layed out perfectly. The rooms well appointed and everything is in working order which is unusual for a big rental. The pool and hot tub are perfection and steps take you out on the ocean. The location is super. Easy access to anything you need and a ten minute ride to famous Rick’s cafe. the house gets you transportation anytime and it is not expensive. I have done a lot of big group rentals and this place is by far the best i have ever done. First place i will ever re book! Aqua beach villa is awesome. Marcel the owner is there for any and all of your needs with a kind manor. ❤️❤️❤️🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴 By the way the private bar on the beach is the best part of the house!

I've been to Jamaica a number of times. I've booked villas a few times and Aqua Beach villa is the best one ever. The villa is beautiful! The pool is huge and easy accommodates the number of guests unlike other pool villas. The beach is stunning! The views are breathtaking. All those things alone would make this an amazing vacation, but the staff...the staff make this villa beyond excellent. Shari and Kadisha food was so good! I think we had tears in our eyes at every meal because they were so good. One guest went to town one day and returned with Popeye's. Shari was so nice and served it with lunch, but showed him what her chicken taste like the next day. He quickly apologized for bringing Popeye's chicken in there. It was so funny! Tevin kept our drinks flowing and was a jack of all trades. He did everything! He made our favorite drinks and whipped up a few of his speciality drinks. We loved them all! He would bring us banana daiquiris every morning before breakfast, because vacation. Shari, Tevin, Al, Dean, and the rest of the staff, including sweet Marly, the dog, made this vacation truly unforgettable! Oh, and get a massage. You can't beat the price and it was relaxing. Book this villa! You will not be disappointed. Again, I say the villa, the staff, the trip was beyond excellent.

This was the most amazing experience! Not only the property, BUT THE MOST AMAZING STAFF!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sharri, Tevin, Dean, Al, Edwin and the amazing house keepers! They are the reason! I will truly miss them! I pray to God they are treated with the respect they deserve! A property can be amazing, but it is the staff that provides the experience!!! And they did JUST that, and then some! I will for sure be returning to this property for them! Not one complaint!! Thank you all so much!!!!! Yes. This 70-year old woman decided to carpe diem and book a week at Aqua Beach Villa with 3 other brave souls. What was it like? Newark airport was busier than expected, but United’s ground crews proved to be efficient. The flight was half-full. United kept interaction to a bare minimum. Expedited customs service in Montego Bay minimized wait time and risk of exposure. Everyone, everywhere wore masks and hand sanitizer was available. Our certified transport van was waiting for us. We drove for 90 minutes to arrive at our destination...sheer heaven! Aqua Beach Villa was also inspected and certified as a lodging. But what a lodging! It sits on almost an acre of 7-Mile Beach front property. We were welcomed and introduced to our fully masked staff, which included our chef, bartender, security personnel, gardner, and housekeepers. As we entered the great room of the inn, we had a clear view of the huge and sparkling pool and beach beyond. We all had our own en suites, beautifully furnished and well cared for; comfortable luxury, clean and tidy. We celebrated our arrival, after planning this moment for 4 months, with several invitees canceling because of the pandemic. Here we were. Tropical cocktails, delicious appetizers, served al fresco in the soft tropical breeze, watching what was to be our first of 7 gorgeous Negril sunsets. We were all mask free. I felt reborn. We all did. Aqua Beach Villa is a spectacular property. It is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests or as few as one. Either way, it feels like your own private estate. It offers several sitting areas to gather or to steal some alone time, a hammock for napping, and even outdoor soaking tubs. Shari, the chef, is a magician in the kitchen. A couple of us accompanied her to the local market where we all had our temperatures taken before we were permitted to enter. Everyone wore masks. Hand sanitizer was available. The treasure trove of Jamaican bounty included just about every tropical fruit imaginable, and we ordered some specialty items including goat for curry, lobster, and lion fish ( a non-native invasive predator of native reef fish). Every meal was delicious. Tevin, the bartender, offered some refreshing alcoholic and virgin cocktail options, some made with sweet mint grown right on the property. Roots, next door, had live entertainment on 3 evenings, ending at 9 pm due to the island-wide curfew. It was fun to dance and enjoy the island vibe. A resident artist, Roahan, whose works are displayed in gallery fashion in the inn, exhibits his works at Roots. We purchased paintings and wood carvings. The beach had the softest sand that extends for tens of yards into the water. More heaven. The beach was quiet, and it was renewing for body and mind just to be able to gaze out at the ever-changing colors of the sea and sky, while hearing the waves gently lap the shore. Security, Dean and Devin, posted at the beach equates to not being disturbed by local purveyors. After 3 years of no vacation and 9 months of NJ and NY pandemic, Aqua Beach Villa, its staff; Negril, its inhabitants; and the beauty that is Jamaica proved to be the Great Reset. We came for R&R and that is what we had, with minimal risk of contracting the virus. At least no more than we experience daily in the Northeast, and as was the case in the market, offering even greater precaution. Aqua Beach Villa is the real deal. Everything was first class, from the high quality linens, to the abundance of water toys, to the media systems, to the Christmas tree in the great room. Some people thought we were crazy to travel to Jamaica at this time, but honestly, what a better time? Our departure was seamless. We rested at the MoBay Club while we waited for our half-empty jet to fly us home. Renewed, recalling life before the pandemic, and actually experiencing living at its fullest for a week at Aqua Beach Villa. Thank you, Marcel and Colin, for sharing your exquisite property with us. You were both a delight and responsive to work with to ensure a successful holiday There is no other property like Aqua Beach Villa in Negril, and unfortunately, the pandemic has taken its toll on some of the other sites. If you are on the fence, I hope this review offers many reasons to “just do it”! Carpe Diem!

We had 6 couple that stayed here for a week in February 2020 and this villa is INCREDIBLE! The staff is AMAZING especially Shari the chef and Tevin the butler/bartender. Shari's food was delicious and we felt completely spoiled by the entire staff including our security guards! We had a beautiful lobster dinner on the beach. Her food is so good that I gained 4 pounds on the trip! Sometimes the pictures you see online are not very accurate but the pictures of this beautiful villa are EXACTLY as you see them! It is stunning! You do have a private beach which was so nice. The outdoor bar was a great place to hangout and take a break from the sun. The only negative thing I can say is that we only stayed for 7 days! We will be back!
