Guest Access You are within a walking distance to UPR Rio Piedras, Auxilio Mutuo Hospital, Walgreens, la Plaza del Mercado, the Catholic Church, the Paseo de Diego marketplace, Burger King, bars, pubs and supermarkets, etc. In the same block you have 6 bookstores, 1 theather, 1 pizzeria, 1 pub (cross the street), 1 yoga place, 1 printing business, 2 restaurants and the convenience Rio Piedras Subway station (at 30 seconds walking distance). Property is at Av Juan Ponce de Leon which is one of the most important venues of San Juan. *************************************************************** The Condado beach which includes many amenities is at a distance of only 5.8 mi (9.3 Km) . This is 15 to 20 minutes from this Private Apartment once you are on the bus and/or train.  *************************************************************** At Ave Ponce de Leon you can take the urban train at Rio Piedras station to Sagrado Corazon station and then tranfer to the 21 bus to go to Condado Beach, Caribe Hilton, and Old San Juan. 3. Interaction with Guests This is a private studio for our valued customers, so I do prefer to not interact with them to mantain their privacy but I will be there immediately in case you need me. 4. The Neighborhood Studios for Rent near Puerto Rico University campus at Rio Piedras, San Juan, Puerto Rico. We mostly rent to tourist going to o from a cruise, to students visiting Puerto Rico from USA, Virgin Islands and Europe, tourist in general, business men and other visitors. We have apartments with one room and studios and all are rented by days, weeks or by month. Please, contact me to check availability for the days you want to stay before you pay us!! 5. Getting Around Our building is at the principal corner of the University of Puerto Rico, it is next to one of the entrances to the Urban Train at Rio Piedras Station (at 30 seconds walking distance) and near Plaza Baldorioty and Plaza Las Americas. Condado and Old San Juan are close and you can take the Tren Urbano in the same street and then connect to the 21 bus to go to Condado Beach and Old San Juan on bus. To go to other places, the bus stop is at the near corner. 6. Other Things to Note THE THEATER & PUB NEXT DOOR: We love the guys from LA BECKETT and their live music. However, this means there is music on thursday night. Groups range from Reggae, Punk, Trance, New Age, Classical, Dance Hall, 50's Bop, Hard Rock and more. Some are fantastic - others just getting started. Most guests love having the studio next door and we rarely have a problem - but this is something you should know before booking. Note: we always have earplugs available in the apartment if the band de jour is not your favorite genre. 7. House Rules Please, do not smoke inside the apartment. Please, do not disturb and respect the privacy of your immediate neighbors. If you are going out , please, close the door to the balcony while you are out. Turn OFF the bedroom's air conditioning if you are out. Apartment must be left clean as it was received. I appreciate your understanding ! Enjoy your stay with us !! 8.
